This company has a team composed entirely of Indian members, which I find concerning. As an Asian, you might need to exercise caution, as there can be biases or unfair practices that affect fellow Asians. If you're also Asian, it might be best to avoid interviewing with this company, as it could be a waste of time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at ASML (Eindhoven) in Nov 2021
Interview
There were 2 personal online interviews. One with the team and another with 2 managers. The entire procedure took nearly 4.5 months!! No offer was made in the end. Very tedious and frustrating to see that this team showed such a lack of productivity. I’m the meanwhile, no feedback was given and HR had no idea what was going on.

Question 1
Can you deal with repetitive tasks?
Can you deal with slow processes in a bureaucratic organisation?
Went through 7 interviews over a 1.5 month period only to get ghosted after the final interview. 2 months later, I finally find out I've been rejected by a workday notification email.

Question 1
Lots of questions about OS and system internals like semaphores and mutexes, concurrency, etc. For coding, was asked to reverse a linked list and output the Fibonacci sequence.
Very basic questions. They did not even bother to write the questions by themselves. I think they need to reconsider their recruitment partners. They do not respect the time of the candidates.
