I applied online. A few weeks later, two separate recruiters reached out to me on the same date for the same role. Both called me, unprompted (to which I didn't pick up since I receive a lot of spam calls from unknown numbers). After I didn't pick up, both emailed me asking for availability for a 30-min phone conversation, but one included a questionnaire (10-15 min) for me to respond to. I emailed back answering the prompts and asking if they were reaching out for the same role. I didn't receive any response until over 2 weeks later, when the latter completely ignored my responses to the questionnaire and sent me the EXACT same questionnaire again, with the same canned email. Their recruiting team seems extremely disorganized so I withdrew from the process via email.
