I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T Stadium (Arlington, TX) in Aug 2023
Interview
I was told by a current server that if I emailed their supervisor and dropped their name I was pretty much guaranteed a position. Then I was told all I had to do was apply online and then show up at the job fair to get a job. That also wasn't true. I sat there for over THREE HOURS waiting to be interviewed because people were not being called up in the order they got there/applied. And even calling it an interview is being generous. The "interviewer" just stared at me and said nothing until I asked her questions. As it turns out, they didn't even have server positions open. I had applied for a job online and then waited to be interviewed to find out it wasn't even available. They said I could be a food runner, but that would require working all the mandatory games (there are a ton, including Thanksgiving) and only receiving tips if the server decides to give you some of theirs. Otherwise, you make $14/hr. Many of the people around me also wanted to be servers, so that means they let literally hundreds of people waste our entire days waiting for a job that wasn't even on the table in the first place. The whole process was a massive waste of time, and I highly recommend avoiding it.

Interview
Was not interviewed for a Kitchen staff position. Told to show up on X day for an interview. On said day there was a group of about 20 of us & we were all told we'd been hired for the Cart Attendant position. Received an email to show up on X date for a training. The training was a mass reading in for several different positions & consisted of more information on the stadium, a tour of the stadium, & information about employee "movie nights" where we got to use the big screen.
