The interview is conducted entirely in a group format, with a total of 9 participants. First, each candidate gives a self-introduction in English and answers one question. Then, there is a group activity in Chinese, where candidates are given a topic background for discussion and presentation.

The interview consisted of both a written test and a group interview. The written test had two parts (Chinese and English), which required us to draft simulated letters to other departments. The group interview featured a scenario where we had to propose a plan for rebuilding a nearby building.
