had a phone screen a couple days later went in for 1 on 1 interview and ask a couple behavior questions and interests. then shadowed for a little bit. They called back the next day to offer
interview was adequate. Was a relaxed environment and very easy going. Did not feel like an interrogation at all. Asked about past jobs and knowledge of anatomy, asked where i saw myself in 5 years

Interview
Applied online and then was contacted by a recruiter about a month later. Interviewed both on the phone with a recruiter and in the clinic with the Regional Director. The interview was pretty laid back and they really made me feel welcome.
