Horrible application process. The SP Industries recruiters sends you links to take the "Predictive Index" assessment and the "Professional Learning Indicator" assessment. The first involves choosing from a list of adjectives, to describe yourself, as well as choosing from the same adjectives to describe the qualities others expect from you. The second test, the Learning Indicator test, asks you to solve a series of puzzles, with a time limit of ten minutes. None of the tests seem remotely connected to the duties of a computer programmer. If they don't like the answers you gave to the tests, you will be asked to give times you are available for an interview. But the company will never contact you to follow up. The entire process seems silly as well as an indicator of a company which treats employees poorly.
