As I had studied there, I contacted a faculty member, and she invited me for the interview process. It was a quick interview that lasted around 20 minutes. The majority of questions were around my CGPA, capstone thesis and time schedule.

One has to check their university email if they are an alumni or check their career section on the website. If the position is open, then one can respond to that email with their resume/CV, and then they will let you know about the further process.

As a past student, they looked at my resume and asked why I wanted to pursue this role. As a fresher, if you can communicate effectively, you are good to go.
