      The recruitment process was clear and professionally conducted from the beginning. Each interaction — from initial contact to the final meeting — was marked by transparency, openness and a respectful tone.       Question 1

      I was asked several questions about how I would approach the strategic design of a commercial growth model for Audax — with particular focus on scalability, channel development, and how to structure a high-performing sales organisation aligned with the company’s positioning.
      Answer question
