Interview process is HR interview, then some technical interviews I guess. Pros: Recruiter entered the meeting on time. Cons: 1 - Thinking that the HR who didn't write a single line of code can assess software engineers coding/knowledge skills and not asking about reason or motivation or any of the culture fit questions is terrifying. and it says a lot about the company, by the way I have been told I passed this stage. 2 - For the future I think we should trust glassdoor more with the negative and positive percentage of the interviews, looking at this great company and I am sure they have a strong and professional teams and seeing more than 50 % is negative, that's an indicator, I think I wasn't supposed to enter the process from the beginning . 3 - Maybe what I am going to say is helpful, see when you interview some guy, it doesn't matter that you accept or reject, but what matters is you should give a feedback, I rejected you because of 1,2,3. you could have easily avoid another negative feedback on your endless list. but of course if this important to you. Have applied through stack overflow. Interviewer was good. Very nice Experience. Interview process is Basic Technical, Skype Interview. The First round is about basic HR, about career experience, and the basic spring, rest, hibernate questions. The second round is a skype video call, about Same set spring bean scopes, spring code snippet output analysis, hibernate, REST methods, about the technologies in our resume. Although I didn't clear the interview, interview takes me to next level of learning.
