Way overkill for the position. First there was a phone interview, then portfolio submittal, then an invitation to do a portfolio presentation and panel interview with five(!!!) interviewers (who were, frankly, pretty obviously disinterested and kind of unprofessional; why bother inviting someone in for an interview if you clearly don't think they're qualified?)
