The AVASOFT Trainee Engineer interview process generally consists of an aptitude or written test, one or two technical interview rounds focusing on programming fundamentals and projects, followed by an HR interview assessing communication skills and suitability for the company.

The first round was a written test that mainly included Java-related questions and a few aptitude problems. The level was easy for me, but I’m still not sure why I wasn’t able to clear that round
