I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at AVEVA
Interview
on-site behavioral at the career fair, into a technical with 1 easy, into a final behavioral.
Simple and smooth process throughout, usually 2 interviewers in the meeting, but long wait times in between each stage. The easy interviews mean a lot of people make it to the final round and offers are rare.

Interview
One behavioral and one technical interview, both run by R&D managers. Behavioral was pretty standard, and technical was simple — I was asked to write a function to calculate a factorial. The interviewer asked some follow-up questions about the reasoning behind the function and was mostly interested in my thought process.

Question 1
Write a function in any language to calculate a factorial.
One hour behavioral + technical with developers, and then second round behavioral with manager. Technical question was pretty basic and seems like they look more for soft skills rather than technical skills
