I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AVL (Istanbul) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview consists of technical interview with 3 experts during 1 hour, plus an interview with HR executive. The job was for entry level engineers. Therefore, they try to test my background knowledge by asking questions about the basic engineering concepts. They also do background check.
It was an interview for getting in touch and eventually arrange an internship. Good conversation, in the end we did not find a solution for both. Nice experience, maybe I try again in the future

Interview
First you have an interview with a Team Lead and Psychologist where they ask a lot of irrelevant questions and then you answer the same separately with the technical CEO.
Near the end they ask the salary question explicitly saying that without regard to your answer they will make an offer.
After that of course they send a note concluding that they didn't read thoroughly the CV and state that you will not fit their organization (based obviously on age, experience or something similar).
