It was three steps, got the offer but benefits and compensation was tough to swallow. Phone screen with recruiter, interview with sales manager, interview with sales director. if you want a place with unlimited growth potential but minimal base reward, this might be the place for you

It was a one on one interview they HR has a very bad manner of approach and was very discouraging and he make me fill bad about my self and the other hr guy wanted to send us back home because of necktie we is unprofessional even before we start the interview they discouraged us about the salary.

Interview
One round - basic entry level questions, had two people interview me. Only took 30 mins to complete. Got the offer one day later - more casual style interview. Feedback was quick
