Basically I had my placement from college itself. So we were supposed to write an online test which was easy . It contained basic math like linear equations, some basic accounts and personality questions . Just be honest while answering . Those who had written the test had to attend the interview which was the final round . I got a call from the placement department that I have to attend AXA interview in manyata techpark. The interview was suppose to start by 12 but started around 1 and I was the 2nd person to go .While we were waiting for our turn the representatives made us feel very comfortable and gave us few tips . Finally they chose 10 people . I really like the work culture . Just b honest and genuine don't try to pretend and fake around because the HR knows his job
