Easy interviews two offsite one over the phone. The last interview is a presentation on how to gain clients. The job is not what you expect and the PEP period is not articulated in enough detail to know what're you're getting into.

Long, salesmen like trying to pitch the formula. Clearing trying to play a numbers game with candidates and getting them to accept and offer and start the license process. Do not recommend to any one that is about to graduate college.
