Interview was over teams. Manager was really friendly and enjoyed the questions asked. The connection was terrible not from my end, I found myself having to try and lip read because the sound was muffled. But there was nothing that could be done to resolve the issue and it made me a bit uncomfortable interviewing when I couldn’t converse in a normal natural way. I guess this is the price for interviewing remotely and I did leave the interview feeling unsatisfied based on this!
I think it’s important to tell candidates the outcome even if it is unsuccessful especially within a big company like Axa! I even emailed a lady who handled my recruitment process and haven’t had a response. So overall I would say I left the interview process feeling disheartened.
