one brief phone interview, two in person interviews. Last one was to fill out a list of people I knew in my "natural market". After that they signed me up for my first round of licensing exams for insurance and the series 7 soon after that. No pay or benefits until you pass those tests.

Very concerned with selling to your natural market.
I did a three part interview, first met with the VP twice and after that met the EVP at the final interview. If i could describe it with one word, I would say they made it flexible.

Interview
Extremely direct and timely, made me feel like a valued member of the team, even at the interview process. I very much felt at home at a potential company that I was simply applying to. This feeling was prior to any serious consideration.
