It was not so complex, they basically expect you to have basic knowledge about insurance and reinsurance. They want to be look confident and be able to converse with the management as well as the HR people

It was really good. Mostly basic questions. Not much technical. Confidence and good communication are the key to get hired . No face to face rounds in the interview. Most likely phone calls and online mode.

How long will you stay in this position particularly this team??
Hr round, aptitude test, manager round. First hr round which took 15 minutes after that aptitude test in which basic questions were asked. Finally manager round which was a bit longer.

It consisted of 4 rounds. 1 easy aptitude, 1 HR, 1 with hiring manager and one with process manager. All the rounds take place on different days so they keep you uncertain for long before they give you a call for next round
