Standard process. Very friendly interviewers. Was a pleasant experience. Questions asked are quite standard. A little on technical side, mainly common questions like what are your strength, weakness etc. Easy to prepare.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AZ Tech Finders
Interview
I was not actively looking for a role. They reached out to me asking if I was interested in a position that they were "able to start right away". Responded yes, may be interested - then NO RESPONSE! The recruiter contacted me! Treating people like that? As a former recruiter myself - I know that I don't treat others like that, and I sure don't want to give them my business OR work for them - aka HR finders, aka Tech Finders, aka Finance Finders.

Question 1
Most unexpected question? They were searching for an HR professional that could start right away - and then "the finders/HR Finders" recruiter cannot be bothered to respond.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AZ Tech Finders (Scottsdale, AZ) in May 2018
Interview
I worked with a Recruiter who reached to me about a client she was recruiting for. We spoke about a few clients and through the process I was eventually set up with a phone interview with a former employee of the company and than a very dated pre employment test and invited in for an in person interview. The client was fine, everyone I met was kind. I had concerns about my recruiter and their leader from the start however. Prior to my phone interview the leader told me I sounded like I was too young and would not be taken seriously(I have an adult daughter!) I have years of experience in my field, advanced education and several certifications. If you would like to work with a recruiting firm who belittles you as a professional this is the place for you. The client ended up offering the role to a sales person which is interesting considering the risk but I can see given their field why that may have been their decision and I still enjoyed meeting with them.

Question 1
The client didnt ask any questions or use an interview packet, this was more of them sharing how they felt I would fit into their team and what they woukd want me to take on.
