First was the MCQ TEST, it's just like giving mains test again but little easy as they know the gap of Four years may have eroded our brain.
Then the next level was teaching on board.
After it I was told to shoot in front of camera and then a personal interview which was a bit difficult. Experience was good and staff was helping

Write a test on your subject and demonstrate a lecture for 5 minutes. No tough questions asked face to face. Test was moderately difficult. Interview is taken by management guys
