Interview
Interview first with HR and if they want you back then with the supervisor of the position. Both take about an hour. Very laid back - I was nervous but both interviewers made me very comfortable. They ask for real examples in their questions so be prepared with things you have done that have shown ownership, initiative, being accountable, etc.

They explained how taking ownership was important to the success of every employee and asked for a specific example of when I took ownership in a project without being asked to.
Very nice interview process. HR was transparent on the process each step of the way. The questions asked were well thought out and had purpose. The offer was complete and explained everything clearly.
