Skipped initial phone screen with HR, as I had interviewed for a similar position about 2 years ago. First conversation was with the hiring manager via phone about 2 weeks after submitting my application online. Phone interview was 45 minutes in length, and very cordial.

Interview
I cannot get an interview despite having a background that matches/exceeds requirements. It appears the company does not open itself to many candidates outside their industry. I applied multiple times to multiple roles and never received a reply.
Went through 4 rounds of interviews before they went with someone else. And it took about 5 weeks from start to finish. They were very communicative throughout the process. Each interview decision took about a week to week and a half.
