I had interview first with HR and then with hiring manager. Both interviews were "informal" (that's what they said), none of them bothered to ask me any questions about my experience or technicals skills, which makes me think they did not have any intentions to hire me. By the way they have 2 open roles in Audit since february 2025, exactly the time when the new Sr Manager started with Abbvie. I did everything I could to show my interest and asked the right questions and tried to engage them but...overall I am very disappointed and perplexed.
