Interview
The interview with AbbVie was set up through Insight Global as a contract position. It started with a phone interview to verify experience and skills. That was followed by an on site interview. I was interviewed by three people. Each was a separate interview. They dove deeper into past experience and asked some behavior interview questions. The follow up communication with the offer came within a week or two.
