Literally took like 5 minutes. He asked about my previous experience and then talked about the company. Before the interview, we took a tour around the building. This was my second interview. First one was with my recruiting agency.

Phone interview which lasted approximately 20 minutes. He went over qualifications, work experience, and possible work schedule. Face to face interview was not possible due to Covid. The interviewer was information, clear, and professional. I asked what his short term expectations are and he listed quality, performance, and attendance.

Long process. It took about a month from application to the job offer. First step is the aptitude test followed by personal interviews and medical. Once all is done and the job is offered you can be waiting to start in 30 days.
