H.R. look into a resume and ask a relevant question. Starting from Educational background to last working organization. Also, ask about some scientific questions related to division and product.and lastly asking about expectation in salary.
As we know that Abbott is a very versatile and reputed healthcare provider.. just like its brand image it's work culture is also very awesome.. according to me working there is a pleasurable thing.. i really aspire to do work with Abbott

according to my job title they ask me to pitch their product to physician.. and many more interesting questions
3 round interview. telephonic, f2f, telephonic. good interview process. good peoples. easy interview rounds. final telephonic round is little complecated. otherwise every thing calm and cool. happy to be a part of interview and job role.
