I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abbott in Dec 2009
Interview
Very structured and rigid. They want responses in a specfic format but they provide relevant details to help the job applicant prepare for the interview. The interviewer has a maximum of 1 hour to talk to you. So if there are 5 people, that's 5 hours of interview. It was exhausting because you need lots of examples and you have to practice your responses in the format they require. However, it was also the best interview because the experience forced me to better articulate my skills and experience. I didn't get an offer but I liked the people who interviewed me.
