Used to apply for OPDP, somehow did not manage to go for final iv. Got phone call from HR based on previous application. 3 Interviews, first level with recruiter, more into explaining yourself. Second interview for technical, with Manager and Director of automation. Lastly with Managing Director and HR. Unfortunately, they did not update the status of the IV, bit disappointed.

1. What did you know about automation? any experience dealing during study? what your final year project? if you are to develop an automation system, what is the main concern and why? give an example of how your choice will help? Also some related to situation-based with open-ended
The process was smooth and efficient, with relevant questions that made the experience enjoyable. The HR team guided me professionally, providing clear instructions throughout. Overall, I had a positive impression of the company and its approach. The interaction left me feeling confident and optimistic about the opportunity.

The interview for QA Automation Engineer role had a mix of technical and situational questions, aimed to test my skills and problem-solving abilities.
One question they asked was: "What was the most challenging bug you’ve had to troubleshoot, and how did you resolve it?"
This question helped them see how I approach debugging in automation testing and how I deal with complex issues.
I got to talk about my experience with testing tools and frameworks, showing my ability to handle tough situations.
