1. Was contacted by a recruiter to do an interview. It was a very basic, behavioral based interview. 2. Was flown out to Chicago for a second round. I had 3 1:1 interviews... very basic, just going over my resume and the program. 3. Was not offered the job. I did not do my research... this killed me. They wanted to know SPECIFICALLY why I wanted that job. My advice is to know exactly why you want the job with specific details.
