Overall, the team had no initiative or immediacy to fill the role. The recruiter I worked with dropped the ball countless times and wouldn't respond to my emails for weeks. I had made it clear I was looking to find a role within the next two weeks... almost 6 weeks later the team still hadn't interviewed any other candidates. I was hoping for a start date at the end of November and when I finally did receive a call back from the recruiting team, I was informed the role wouldn't start until January 2024. The recruiting team ruined it for me, I have no desire to work for a company that moves so slow or takes no initiative.
