Applied online and about 2-3 weeks later I was emailed about a phone interview with HR. Was asked the basic questions (why did I pick my major, my school, what would my friends say about me, why Abercrombie (I think), how do I like Columbus, Ohio, what do I dislike about my current job) and my current salary. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the week if I would be asked for a in person interview and that Friday I was asked to come to the home office. The Home Office interview consisted of the Wonderlic test and interviewing with 2 HR people. Still the general questions: strengths, weaknesses, more about what I do, how I work in teams, more about why I picked my major, worst feedback I received. HR person #2 was more laid back than HR person #1. I was offered water and to read the magazines in between HR person #1 and #2. I was told I hear back by the end of the next week about interviewing with the team. I interviewed on a Thursday. I hadn't heard anything by 2pm the following Friday so I sent a follow up email. I was told a couple hours later via email they were going with other candidates. Pretty standard overall. Do dress in A&F clothing. Absolutely everyone else there I wearing it.
