You sat down in a group setting and spoke directly to the head manager. It was a relaxed and friendly environment. This interview was meant to show that you are a friendly and outgoing person that will represent the brand well. You just need to show a personality that fits the Abercrombie brand.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
