Applied online with a password given by a friend of mine. Attended an informal group interview which lasted an hour. Self portrait with teeth shown was taken at the end of the interview.

Interview
We had a group of about 5 people interviewing from one assistant manager. We were first asked to introduce ourselves. Then the assistant manager talked about the working environment at Hollister. She talked about the salary, the dress code, and the benefits. After she went around the group asking questions like "What is diversity?", and "Describe the Hollister brand". After that, we were done.

Group interview with about 10 others with mixed titles. Received a call back by the next day. Official hire paperwork submitted in 3 days with a group orientation in 5 days.
