I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Roseville, CA)
Interview
Very easy interview. Took about 10-15 minutes. I had two other individuals in my group interview. Simple. The manager admitted she is required to ask us the questions and has to go off a script. She didn't seem like she was paying too much to our answers. Just writing them down.

What does diversity mean to you?
How would your friends/family describe you and what is your strongest personality trait?
Why do you think you'll be successful at Abercrombie?
How would you describe Abercrombie's style and why?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
