I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Grapevine, TX) in Jun 2012
Interview
The interview was fairly simple. The interviewer was kind, and the questions themselves consisted of the generic life experience questions. They have job openings based on the availability of the time shifts. As long as you don't have a criminal record and answer the questions with some amount of confidence, you will get the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time where you had to contribute in a group setting.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
