It was pretty thorough and quick, applied online and got scheduled for an interview a week after. It was a group interview, we had gone towards the back to fill out a online screening which took 5 mins or less. Then we were called into the other room for a 20 minute interview session

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
