I applied and completed two Indeed assessments. An HR administrator then reached out and discussed the role with me. I went in for two interviews, gave a PowerPoint presentation, completed a quiz of three critical thinking questions (more for fun than as a hiring filter), and took Excel and Word assessments on-site. There would have been a personality quiz, but I dropped out of the process before reaching this step.
Everyone was really friendly. It is clear that they value their employees and INVEST in them. It seemed that the Excel/Word assessments serve more to determine your baseline for training rather than to filter out candidates.
