It was a smooth experience. The interview process followed what was outlined in the job description. Recruiting team was quick to answer any questions I had, and they were very transparent in how the interview was going to be conducted.

Question 1
What was the most difficult role you've hired for?
4 rounds d'entrevues, 1 exercice (très exigeant) à faire à la maison et à présenter devant le hiring manager. Ils m'annoncent être très satisfait et vouloir me faire une offre. J'attends pendant un mois sans avoir de nouvelle (malgres mes relances). Je reçois finalement un mail d'une tierce personne me disant sans justificatif que je n'ai pas le rôle. L'amateurisme à son paroxysme.
