I interviewed with Director of Case Management and she was wonderful. She was very engaging and sharp. I believe she left the company shortly thereafter. She seemed impressed by me and quickly set up an interview with the Executive Director. During that interview I was really thrown off as he started talking about a completely different job unrelated to the counseling position. He was distracted throughout - always waving at or commenting about people walking past the window in the hallway. I left feeling blindsided. I think this seemed for the best. I believe they have a high staff turnover and their job postings are over the top glittery and bizarre.
