      I have never been spoken to by a recruiter in this way before. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I guess now that the economy has taken a turn, they feel that common courtesy is optional. This told me everything I need to know about the culture at Absorb Software. To leadership: I have shared this with my network and they are equally disgusted. This is the reputation you're building for yourself. If you actually care to see the evidence, please let me know and I can send an email. I hope no one else is spoken to this way.

      Went through a standard interview which from my perspective went very well, and then received zero feedback. Incredible lack of respect for interview candidates. Very unprofessional and I suspect reflects how they treat their employees.

      I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Absorb Software in Oct 2022

      Interview

      It was one of the best interview experiences I had. I was contacted by the HR for a screening, the interview was scheduled for the following week. The interview with the hiring manager and his manager went very well, they were extremely professional and they made me feel at ease. All the questions they asked were extremely pertinent and clear, and the inyterviewers seemed interested in my answers. Overall a very pleasant experience. In the end they decided to move forward with a more experienced candidate. What I appreciated was the fact that the HR actually called me to provide the decision and the feedback, which changes from the cold impersonal rejection email.
