The first step was a telephone interview with the HR manager. This was very relaxed and informal, which was nice. A few days later I received a call to schedule an interview with them. The interview consisted of 3 people, one of the owners, the HR manager, and the production supervisor. At the end of the interview they let me know I would here from them as far as a next step in the hiring process. Think it was 5 days after when I got a call to go back for a 2nd interview. This was with a purchasing manager, customer service manager, the other owner and HR manager. A couple of days later I received a call with a job offer.

It was a panel interview that was a total joke. It was pointless for me to go because they already knew they were going to hire me. There was no negotiating at all. They are narrow minded and they are stuck in there ways
