Interview
First given a technical test and then a hands on assessment with a proctor. If all goes smoothly then you're invited for an in person interview. Interview is conducted with one of several different supervisors. Based on how the technical test, hands on portion, and interview takes place, student is given the job and invited to training.

The technical questions were very straight forward regarding ACCC services. Students were allowed to use any resources to answer the questions.
