Academy Bank interview questions

The hiring manager contacted me a couple weeks after I applied to set up an interview. She showed up on Zoom 15 minutes late and was highly unprofessional. She asked me zero questions about my experience and sent a rejection email a month later. Three rounds of interviews for a mid $16 internship is insane.
