Interview process was fairly simple for me. All was done by phone. 1st with a recruiter and the 2nd interview was with the hiring manager. The recruiter basically went over previous positions and experience. They also talked about the position, pay, and the shift you wanted to work. The hiring manager asked the typical interview questions.
