Fast Interview Process, Recruiter reached out, had a call, next day set up a call with the Manager, that went well, Recruiter sets up final interview call of 4 Rounds with different Team members which dont have any relation to the work, Manager ( who was 15min late for 30 min interview) and didnt ask much about technical, Director was the final one. They do this in person so be prepared to visit their headquarters. Throughout the interview, they talked about how stressful the work environment is and whether are you willing to give everything for this role. Somehow gave me hints to not pursue this role or company. Still, all rounds went well and I was expecting an offer after positive feedback from every interviewer and Recruiter who asked for my visa documents too stating the obvious that I would be getting the job. Cut to 3 weeks past interview I requested for feedback and they said they are still interviewing other people and I am still under consideration. A total of 5 weeks later I got a rejection email, stating they found a better candidate. Maybe they must have, but why waste someone`s time for a month after giving them hope and calling them all over to their office to not even conduct a professional interview?
