Interview
First is an interview, after passing the interview, you will be scheduled for a 2-hour training the following day and another 25-minutes training for a certain tool. And you can open slots after that.

They only asked me to do a demonstration for 5 mins on a certain topic which is somewhat easy.
Via email and then through an AI. It was a first, and went smoothly. I was given a few instructions to follow before the actual interview. There were also video clips which explained the process

The interview process was quick and easy. The interviewer reached out on email to discuss what is required for the interview. Another HR employee emailed the Zoom process before the interview and on the day, I was required to send my information to the interviewer before the interview started.

Good. I and another applicant were interviewed. The interviewer was not very friendly. She asked me to answer first, and then my co-applicant would answer next. We were asked to read a tongue twister, and to explain a pair of words.
