Casual interview with office manager. Discussed company benefits and work experiences, the job expectations were clearly explained and compensations were discussed upon expressing interest in the position. Very insightful and straightforward forward interview.

The interview process consisted of one phone screening, followed by two in person interviews.
The phone screening was the typical resume review.
The following interviews were with district and regional managers that small talked with the applicant and slightly reviewed the resume at hand.
