I first interviewed with a recruiter. They do their own initial interview then they roughly explain the company. Went to first interview via teams and was interviewed by 2 co managers. They seemed to really push wanting someone who is aware of the type of environment (home health) one would be working for. Very lovely ladies. Second round of interviews would have been with VP and director.
