I applied in-person. I interviewed at Access Worldwide (Manila, Manila) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process was okey based on my employment background indicated in my resume. I was very nervous at first, but I did enjoy the overall experience because the interviewer put me at ease when she observed that I was stuttering with my response. I was advised to take a deep breathe and be calm when responding. I took her advise and it worked for me.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Access Worldwide (Augusta, ME) in Apr 2015
Interview
I went in, and the guy spent 40 minutes telling me about "the worst day you can imagine" on the job. He talked in stupid metaphors and treated me like I was a 14-year-old applying for their first job, and not a very seasoned, management-trained customer service representative. Barely asked any questions about me, just told me how "hard" the job was, and then told me I was getting the job as long as I thought "I could handle it."
They hire anything with a pulse.
